Since its founding in 1982, the Society's members have strived to uphold the ethical and moral values of our namesakes, Dr. Paul Chandler and Dr. W. Morton Grant. Our key focus is to prevent blindness caused by glaucoma through innovative research, the development of clinical applications of scientific knowledge, and raising public awareness about glaucoma.

Mission

The Chandler-Grant Glaucoma Society is a group of glaucoma specialists trained by Paul Chandler, MD or W. Morton Grant, MD of Harvard Medical School, or by a member of the Society.  Members are focused on preventing blindness from glaucoma through integration of research and clinical disciplines, and to provide a professional and collegial atmosphere that sustains and promotes high ethical and moral values inspired by Drs. Chandler and Grant.
