Membership

Eligibility:  Membership is limited to glaucoma specialists who trained with Drs. Chandler or Grant, or who trained with a member of the Society. Nomination by the member preceptor is required. For additional details, refer to the Bylaws.

Membership Application. 

Documents required and are to be included with the application: 

• Letter of support from proposed new member's preceptor.
• (2) Two additional letters of recommendation by ophthalmologists.
• Curriculum Vitae

Elections are held bi-annually in March and October. Applications must be received by:

• March 25 for the March 31 ballot • September 25 for the October 1st ballot
